Day Off

AppleJack and I had a very relaxing day off, laying about on the couch, reading, and sleeping.
He's starting to get stronger, I can feel him moving and fluttering around more and more, mostly mid-morning and evening times he seems to move around. What an unusual exciting feeling, I don't think I'll stop being amazed at what I feel, I just can't wait for Joe to feel him too.
I was also thinking how fortunate we are with the doctors's we have. How many people can feel 100% comfortable and trust their doctor's... and with our pregnancy I have 4 doctor's that have been an incredible support, and are there for us anytime for anything. A special thank you to Dr. Cambridge, Dr. Will, Dr. Werb and Dr. Gaines.

Quick Update

Well, M2B had a doctors appointment this past thursday and everything is coming along fine, the babys heartbeat is great and K's bloodpressure is right on track. Karen had a nice surprise this week when 2 of her friends Heather and Colleen came up to Orillia to visit her. I think that's just what she needed , to see a couple of familar face's and a real "Girls Day". We decided today that it was time to get her some new clothes, so that is where this picture is from:)

Another visit with our Baby

Today we had our 5th ultrasound, I know we are really lucky to have had all of these visit's with Jack so far. We were lucky enough to have Grandma T(Sheila) to join us today, she has never been to one and we both thought it would be extra special to have her share in our day. Jack must have known we were looking at him today because he really put on a show for us, waving his arms and dancin' around. He looks and sounds really healthy:) We are at exactly 21 weeks and 1 day today!, it's gonna be here before we know it, and I can't wait.

21 weeks and counting

We couldn't be getting any more excited, 21 weeks along now and doing great. Tomorrow is our next ultrasound and who knows what Jack will show us... Hopefully something cute for daddy... It will be fascinating to see how much bigger he is from a month ago, is it true that he doubles in size every 2 weeks ? I can't wait to see him tomorrow, will he be moving around, or sleeping, or sucking his thumb? We'll be sure to write tomrrow and let everyone know

M2B is Poppin' Out

I mentioned to Karen I think it was yesterday that she is really starting to show, then she just told me on the phone that a co-worker of hers also mentioned it to. She has that glow that I believe only women get when they are expecting, she looks so beautiful. We have another ultrasound appointment this wednesday and we are looking forward to it. The doctors office had phoned earlier this week cancelling the ultrasound and the doctors appointment, but M2B phoned back and said no-way, we could skip the doctors appointment but there was no way we were missing the ultrasound(We both booked the day off work) so the secretary was either frightened of a pregnant woman on the other end of the phone or she felt bad, but we still have our ultrasound appointment. Until we actually start feeling the baby start to "Kick" the ultrasound is all we have:)

Bubbles

Just when I think I can't feel any more amazing, or wierd, I've finally realized that the funky bubbley fellings in my belly are Jack starting to do his dance around my uterus... How amazing it is to feel, usually 2-3 times a day I'll notice it, and really focus on the feelings. I can't wait untill Joe feels Jack move too, then maybe it will make up a bit for me being snappy and grumpy on the way home from work untill I get changed and have dinner. Thank you Joe, for still loving me, and taking care of me, and ignoring me when appropriate. I love you
