Pre-natel class

Here's a Before picture of our pre-natel class, M2B and I are in the back row , the farthest to the left. Our friends Amy and John are standing next to us. We are having a good time and learning alot.

8 Months, my family

8 months along, 8 weeks to go, and counting. Thank you to all for my suprise shower, and to P2B for getting through it.
It was the final connection I needed to realize Jack is not just a baby in my belly (although it is still quite sureal), but actually going to be our little boy. Seeing all the little clothes and sleepers, I can picture him snuggled in his yellow blanket and sleepers. I am going to have my family, me, my husband, and our son. No wonder I feel like I'm glowing, Life can't get any better than this, and it's a miracle in itself everyday.

Surprise Baby Shower

This past sunday Karen(M2B) had a "Surprise" baby shower thrown for her in Toronto. She had a wonderful time visiting with everyone and showing off her big beautiful belly:). I (P2B) just wanted to say thanks to Sandy(G2B) and Sarah(A2B) for putting the whole thing together(I personally thought I was gonna get a few more grays trying to keep it a secret) and also thank you to everyone for all of the wonderful gifts Jack recieved:).Sometime this week I hope to get the dresser and start puting away all of his little sleepers and clothes. Today we are exactly 8 Months pregnant!!! Who would have thunk Eh? Anyways, a quick thought on my wife, she is so strong and wonderful right now, she is actually glowing , I can't put it into words how much I love her and "My Jack".

Well you knew sooner or later I was gonna make one up:)

Our first class

Karen(M2B) and I (P2B) Started our prenatal classes this past thursday night. We were with another couple that we are friends with(Amy & Jhon) so that was nice. I think we'll get alot out of them, I think I really just want to know what we are in store for, and I think K wants to get as much info on breast feeding as she can. They gave us a big bag of "Goodies" to look at. Inside the bag were to samples of diapers, M2B couldn't get over how small the one was so she took it to work to show everyone:)
Jack has been moving around alot more the last few days, mabey he's getting anxious to get out and meet everyone:)
Got to start thinking about getting the crib and change table and a dresser for Jack, so he has a place to put all of those new clothes he'll be getting(I think Karen wants him to wear a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey, and Uncle Paul wants him to wear a Montreal Canadians jersey)
If I have my way it'll be a Star Wars T-Shirt:) hehehe

Emotional Times

Well I guess I should get off my duff here and post something(Seems like ages since I have)
It was a really emotional week for me, and for M2B also. We have hit the 7 month mark and I have talked to a few other people and read on the internet that the baby won't be as active as he has been for the last month or so and before I read this I was letting my imagination get the best of me and thinking that something was wrong. Most people know about our 2 Miscarriage's and I guess I still am really worried that something bad might happen to my little Jack. As Karen has said many times that during this pregnancy we just have to live everyday one day at a time and enjoy everyday with our little unborn miricle:)
This thursday we start our pre-natel classes at the hospital, I hope we come away from them with alot of knowledge about what we will be experiencing.
I painted Jack's room yesterday and hung new blinds today, now it's ready for a crib and change table and oh yeah of course THE BABY!P2B

Happy New Year

Well we all did it, survived another year of adventure, and, hopefully prepared for the adventure to come. P2B and I managed to stay awake untill midnight, after which I went straight to bed. Jack has been thrown right off schedule and I've felt him move at odd times, but not complaining, he's kicking around when he wants. Cheers to everyone, and looking forward to the year ahead, lots of addition and change to celebrate!!
